PREPARATION AND SHIPPING

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours of being placed, except for products in pre-sale order, in which case it is indicated on the product sheet from which date they will be available for shipping.

Please note if you place your order on a weekend or on the eve of a holiday, as this period would be extended to the next business day.

All values are indicative, our logistics center will in any case do everything possible to serve your order as quickly as possible.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once you place your order and it leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number in your email.

 

CHANGES

Exchange is possible up to 15 days after purchase, only if the product is in perfect condition.

If you want a size change, let us know using the Contact Form. On the form, select the subject: Exchanges/Returns.
Put the product you want to return inside a plastic bag or cardboard box to protect it.
Include a piece of paper inside the package with your order number, email, full name, and a text indicating the size for which you wish to exchange the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and verify the perfect condition of the product in our warehouse, we will take care of the new shipment from our warehouse to you at no additional cost.

 

RETURNS

You have 30 days to return the products in case you change your mind or the product is not to your liking, only if the product is in perfect condition and only to the same person or company that made the purchase.

If you want a return, let us know using the Contact Form. On the form, select the subject: Exchanges/Returns.
Put the product you want to return inside a plastic bag or cardboard box to protect it.
Include a piece of paper inside the package with your order number, email, full name, and a text that says “Return, I request a refund.”

We will issue a refund as soon as we verify the perfect condition of the product once we receive it in our warehouse.
Please note that we refund the cost of the item and not the shipping costs.
